Provision of the website and server logs

When you access the website, the hosting provider processes connection data that is technically necessary. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested address, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser type and operating system. The processing serves to deliver the website and ensure its stability and security.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and uninterrupted operation of this online service. Log data is deleted once it is no longer required for these purposes, unless statutory retention obligations or security considerations require otherwise.

03

Enquiry form

When you use the form, we process the selected service, your name, email address and message. You may also voluntarily provide your company, telephone number, collection and destination locations, and preferred date. A technically hidden field labelled “Website” is used solely as a basic spam-prevention measure and should be left empty by human users.

The information is used to review and respond to your enquiry and, if requested, to take steps prior to entering into a contract. The legal basis for contract-related enquiries is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; in other cases, it is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Recipients may include contracted hosting, IT and email service providers where they require the data for technical processing. Any further disclosure occurs only where there is a legal basis or with your consent. Enquiries are deleted once processing is complete, provided no statutory retention obligations or legitimate documentation interests continue to apply.

04

Contact by phone or email

When you contact us directly, we process your contact details and the content of the communication in order to handle your request. The same legal bases and deletion criteria apply as for an enquiry submitted through the form.

05

Cookies, analytics and fonts

Under the current development status, this website does not use analytics, marketing or other non-essential cookies. No user profiles are created. The web fonts used are hosted locally on our own web server; loading them does not establish a connection to Google Fonts.

06

Map on the contact page

The map on the contact page is not loaded automatically. Our web server requests the map style and map data from OpenFreeMap (Hyperknot Software Kft., Hungary) only after you actively choose the “Load map” button. The map data is based on OpenStreetMap. Your browser does not establish a direct connection to OpenFreeMap. OpenFreeMap and its CDN may process connection data belonging to our web server during the technical retrieval.

Activation is voluntary. You can use the address without loading the map. If you subsequently open the location in OpenStreetMap, the privacy terms of the respective external provider also apply.

07

Encryption and recipients

The website is intended to be provided exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Service providers receive personal data only to the extent necessary for their respective tasks and where a valid data-protection basis exists. The current technical design does not provide for transfers to third countries.

08

Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the right to:

  • access the personal data processed about you (Article 15 GDPR),
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR),
  • erasure or restriction of processing (Articles 17 and 18 GDPR),
  • data portability (Article 20 GDPR),
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21 GDPR),
  • withdraw consent with effect for the future.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For a company established in Lower Saxony, the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony can be contacted in particular at www.lfd.niedersachsen.de.
